Finally I gave everything a spray of flat topcoat. The HiRM kit did come with its own set of waterslides, but I didn’t use them. Ka look, I applied Bandai’s MG Wing Gundam ver. I used black for panel-lining the red & blue parts, and dark brown for the white & yellow parts. White parts: Cool White + a bit of yellow I wanted a more subdued, pastel-like color scheme so I sprayed all parts with primer and painted them as follows: The outer armor parts are molded in very glossy plastic with bright colors. With the inner frame already pre-assembled, the bulk of work involved painting the armor parts. Ka styling, akin to the first MG Wing ver. It was pretty expensive, approximately 3-4x the standard MG kit. Since I already built the MG Wing Zero ver Ka., I bought the HiRM Wing EW from P-Bandai. The HiRM Wing model is available as the Wing Zero EW or the Wing EW. At the time of writing, there’s HiRM kits of the Astray, Barbatos, Wing Gundam, and God Gundam. What’s most striking about the HiRM kits are the exaggerated proportions compared to their original designs. The inner frame is mostly plastic, but with some metal parts incorporated. The High Resolution Model (HiRM) lineup is like a Master Grade kit but with the inner frame already assembled, so that’s half the work done for you.
